The brooch is built around a vitreous enamel miniature painting fired on Copper.

The piece has complex layers applied through several different techniques and was fired over 20 times before this miniature was completed. There is 24K Gold foil inside the enamel that reveals the depth of the piece and flashes tiny sparkles.

This piece is a brooch with a pendant converter and can be worn both ways.
